Childers Enterprises Inc. is a Trane Comfort Specialist Dealer servicing Southern West Virginia and South Western Virginia since 1951. We here at Childers Enterprises focus on design-build type projects. We are capable of handling all phases of a project from conception to completion. We specialize in the installation and service of HVAC-R for commercial and residential type applications. We also service and repair all types of commercial restaurant equipment.
Comfort Air, which was a small heating and air conditioning company, was purchased by Gregg A. Childers in 1989. In 1994, he then purchased General Heating and Air Conditioning, a company which had been established since 1951. Also in 1994, Gregg purchased Arctic Commercial Refrigeration, a company which specialized in commercial refrigeration and restaurant equipment installation and service.
